HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

Your information is securely stored on PCs and secure external backup and cloud-based storage.

We keep email details for a minimum of seven years or longer depending on the nature of claim. We will then dispose of your information by removal from all storage locations

YOUR RIGHT OF ACCESS - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
